We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
We accept returns of most unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items* within 14 days of purchase; sale items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. We cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased on promotion with a final price of 50% off or more. Gifts may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of the purchase date if accompanied by a gift receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by original packaging, such as boxes, hangers, and garment bags.
*Jewellery, beauty items, works of art, select home goods, and any other items designated “final sale” or purchased at or above 50% off (on sale or on promotion) are not eligible for return.
Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
For an item to be eligible for return:
· It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
· It must have all original tags attached.
· If footwear, it must include the original shoe box in original condition (without shipping labels). Footwear returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box will incur a fee of $30, to be deducted from your refund.
The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Your package will be returned via USPS Priority Mail.
Once we receive your return, we will deduct a $6.95 fee from the return balance due to account for the return postage.
Your refund will be processed within seven business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase.
· Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. If you don’t have the original box you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
· Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the shipping box.
· Take your package to any authorized USPS location.
· Send your merchandise back to us at the address below.
