General Shipping Guidelines:
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. neushop.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Caracas, Venezuela. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
We aim to ship within 1-2 working days of your order.
If you need further information or something urgently or you would like to contact us about an order please email us on sales@neushop.com for an estimated delivery date.
Neushop.com orders can be shipped to international addresses. We are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on neushop.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping to multiple addresses
At this time, Neushop does not ship single orders to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To send to multiple addresses you must create as many orders as addresses you want to ship to.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase has left our facilities. The shipping confirmation email will include delivery tracking information.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are determined based on the total or volumetric weight of the order, whichever is greater.
Import Duty
When you order goods from our site for delivery outside Venezuela, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined.
